Right now I'm backing away from the printer, as it makes a disturbing crackling noise... this printer shows how frustrating a poor InkJet can be. Installing drivers will guarantee to make you scream! After using the printer port on my old PC to connect an mp3 player, I tried to go back to my printer by installing the drivers again. Big mistake. The disk repeatedly fails and anything downloaded from the website will not work. The ink cartridges for the 1020 are ridiculously expensive, as much as £45 every time you run out of ink. The only saving grace of this printer is the initial price, which was reasonable, and when it works you get good, if slow, printing. Definitely not recommended. I'm off to try and stop that crackling.
