...has two standard A4 size paper drawers. One can accommodate upto 250 sheets while the other can hold upto 500 sheets. For handling labels, as with other printers, here too we have the manual feeder. The drawback with this manual feeder is that it can take only upto10 envelopes in one go. The printer also has duplexer; which is required for double sided printing.

Advantages: Very fast Disadvantages: small paper tray
...The Oki B 4600n is a very fast monoprinter. Faster than a fast thing going really fast! This is great if you're printing off lots of copies in a hurry, or ideal for printing customer receipts or information when the customer is waiting.
This printer is quite small so is good if space is a problem, also network ready so several computers can be connected to it.
Oki make very good printers however there are a couple of minor things to watch out for, the drum on this machine seems to get damaged quite easily, if your taking it out and putting it back in, to clear a paper jam or something, be really careful not to let anything come into contact with the surface of the drum.
Also the control panel looks nice but is easy to mark.
Like I said these are really minor issues.
You should be able to pick up a Oki 4600n for around £300...

Advantages: great printing, low per page cost, simple to set up. Disadvantages: cost of relpacement cartridges.

Ease of set-up
--------------------
We acquired this HP colourlaser in our regional office and I was asked to set it up. It couldn't have been...
