couldn't do nothing at the moment because the supplier was on 2 weeks annual leave?!?!?!? but they would order me the missing cushions as soon as the supplier reopened. The rep who came to look at the sofa told us it couldn't be repaired and someone would be in contact with us within 10 days, a month later and still no-one had been in contact, when I rung customer services they said the problem had been returned to the store and they would be dealing with it, the store manager would be in contact in due course. The store manager has still not rung and whenever you ring the store the phone is left unanswered or the manager is unavailable. 4 weeks down the line and I am still awaiting the missing cushions and a decision on what they propose to do about the scratches on the sofa itself. NEVER USE SCS

Advantages: none what so ever
Disadvantages: u bought from them!!

fixed, as well as the other problems as it was a manufacturing fault. (bloody liar!!!) This is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across and currantly me and trading standards are trying to sort it out. I would not recomment them to anyone at all. they are slow, liars and utterly revolting where customer service is concerned. GO TO DFS!!!!! GO TO IKEA!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE SCS!!!! ...

SCS selling by misleading

Disadvantages: No advantages

Store in question is SCS Staples Corner(Brent Cross) London. They sold me a sofa telling me they wil deliver in 4-6 weeks but didn't arrive intime after my chasing up they told me it can take up to 8 weeks but still nothing finally they rang me at the end of 11th week to let me know that sofa has arrived and ready for delivery but I need to make the full payment before it is delivered where as I bought it on 0% finance with a deposit paid upfrort but they didn't have the paper work. I got in touch with Customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about and after my explaining they told me I need to go back in to the store to sign the paper work. I wonder why I was told it has all been sorted the first time around. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying. Bad service... bad management... unproessional. ...
