...cartridge is compatible with the Lexmark X5100, Z55 and Z65 printer series. Printer companies like to confuse us all by creating hundreds of printers which are virtually the same - and are only distinguishable by their coded name! As i've said before...can you really distinguish between a Z55 and a Z65 off the top of your head? The same applies to these cartridges.

I mean how many of us have gone to the shop to buy a colour cartridge ...
...that are compatable with most lexmark printers for around £5-12. But be aware that some have a tendency to leak so ask your local retailer to recommend you one.

or buy the genuine thing on ebay...i saw some going the other day for about £1.99.

As i've said before...can you really distinguish between a Z55 and a Z65 off the top of your head? The same applies to these cartridges.

I mean how many of us have gone to the shop to buy a colour cartridge and and had to gues which modfel it was because you had forgotten on the way there, only to realise when you get hoem that it doesnt even fit in your printer, let alone work!

This cartridge is perfect if you know exactly what model printer you have. Its not a fancy six colour cartridge and is perfect for your bog standard printer. Although i must admit that if you liken to print off lots of colour pics, this isnt the best cartridge for you - it will run out quite quickly - despite the guarantee that it will print 450 pages!

This cartridge will set you back between £15-25 depending on your retailer, but if you want to buy the real thing, its worth the money. Although make sure you clean your printer heads regularly to avoid any clotting of the ink on the rollers.

If you dont want to keep forking out for these cartridges, its possible to get them refilled or buy cheap cartridges that are compatable with most lexmark printers for around £5-12. But be aware that some have a tendency to leak so ask your local retailer to recommend you one.
