Introduction
LexmarkE 330, a workgroup monochrome laser printer, is my main printer at my workplace. With the size of around one foot in all dimensions (Width: 39.6 cm X Depth: 35.3 cm X Height: 24.9 cm), the printer can be placed almost everywhere in the office; on a tables, cupboards, shelves, or else. It is a network printer which surpassed 40,000 pages right now, so, I have many things to review about!!
Installation and Setup
On the very first day if my use, I've used it as my personal printer. The driver for LexmarkE 330 is included in the package which I found it can easily be installed. You can plug it in USB or parallel port as you like. After that, the printer had to be installed in the network which was beyond my responsibility. The IT staff was there to set it up. Advantages: Durable, Great Resolution, Easy to use and great for amateurs -semi pros! Disadvantages: Doesn't have a sensor cleaner like the 400D
function as this will program everything based on the light that hits the sensor.
Other functions include aperture priority and shutter priority which lets you set one setting and the other automatically sets itself.
e,g, If you set the shutter on shutter priorty it automatically sets the aperture and vice versa.
In terms of ISO it goes from 100-1600 which is good as you won't struggle in different lighting conditions.
The downside to this camera is it doesn't have a self clean mechanism like the updated 400D but you can close the sensor off so you can clean the inside which is an advantage.
My 350D is still being used and its 2 years old, under constant use and haven't really had any problems other than dust getting on the lenses and sensor. But thats common with all SLR's.
Overall I would definitely rate this to all users. If ...

are in focus and look great! There isn't much more to say on quality other than the saturation is good and the camera is good at deciphering shutter speeds and aperture, so give a good true to life photo.
Overall I would say this camera is suited to amateur photographer and maybe semi pro's who want something nice and portable. Or those on a photography course for A-level and even beginning of a degree course. To conclude this is a great camera, good lens and a large range of accessories can be bough separately to improve its uses.
