...Introduction
Lexmark E 330, a workgroup monochrome laser printer, is my main printer at my workplace. With the size of around one foot in all dimensions (Width: 39.6 cm X Depth: 35.3 cm X Height: 24.9 cm), the printer can be placed almost everywhere in the office; on a tables, cupboards, shelves, or else. It is a network printer which surpassed 40,000 pages right now, so, I have many things to review about!!
Installation and Setup
On the very first day if my use, I've used it as my personal printer. The driver for Lexmark E 330 is included in the package which I found it can easily be installed. You can plug it in USB or parallel port as you like. After that, the printer had to be installed in the network which was beyond my responsibility. The IT staff was there to set it up. I watched them and realised that, it was...

With that in mind I went wallet-in-pocket to PC World to pick myself up a basic printer for home use.
Seeing as I very rarely write anything worth printing (no comments please!), I decided that I would go for something cheap and cheerful, and to be honest I had a basic HP model in mind, and expected to pay around £50...

Advantages: WiFi printing Disadvantages: black sometimes smears
...This all in one printer will print , scan, copy and fax with high quality. Its printing capabilities are quite exceptional for an inkjet, especially colour images which appear crystal clear and of great quality when it comes to reproducing colour. However when printing black it has a tendancy to smear on the odd occasion not to the extent that its obvious but to a perfectionist it can be annoying. But the same perfectionist could not argue against the colour images.
The scanning function is fast and of good wuality with giving a slightly dark image as some scanners do, even the clouors are reproduced with great accuracy.
The coping is even faster and of great quality, with the same accuracy of the scanninng even thought the paper is now being moved while copied.
The control panel is very easy to use with a large screen to navigate all...

For some reason in my household, we seem to go through printers faster than we go through printer cartridges, I don't know if this is the same for other people, maybe we are just rubbish at looking after printers, I don't know.
