...this prints well, and copies well, but there is a bit of a gremlin when scanning to the pc. It comes with a basic OCR package, which doesn't even try to work!
Lexmark inks are very expensive, but you can save a lot of money by refilling your own cartridges.
Lexmark do offer good support - I installed a new piece of software which made my old printer (X63) stop working. I didn't want to lose the software, so I rang Lexmark, and they called me back to talk me through a few things. 20 minutes later, no joy, so they sent me a free upgrade to the X83. Works fine!
All in all I think as long as you are not printing photos, or lots of documents, it would be perfect. Just that the ink is too expensive if you are printing lots!...
