The Lexmark x1130 is probably going to be with me forever it seems, I've had it right since it came out and it hasn't failed me yet!

The lexmark x1130 still, to this day, holds its own as a budget all-in-one printer application, inspite of the far more modern options available. I originally bought the Lexmark x1130 because at the time it was one of the few network-capable printers on the market (note there's no ethernet port, so you'd have to use an ethernet-usb hub or use your pc as the printer server) at the time.

The Lexmark print quality (again remembering its age/price) is certainly above average on standard black & white text pages and around the norm for colour pages.

Scan quality isn't fantastic, but again one must remember it's relatively low price.

The interaface is very easy to use, with just four standard buttons on the panel (power, paper feed, copy b&w, copy colour and scan). One downside however is that your computer must be stiwtched on and running the Lexmark software driver to use the scan/copy options.

I'm a little hard pressed as to whether or not I'd reccomend the x1130 - while yes it's a decent, low-cost all-in-one - and was at the forefront of the market a few years a go - I'd probably reccomend you look around for a better quality printer for a similar price.
