Another thing that may let the printer down is ink cartridge prices as these can become pricey. Never the less this printer is worth buying and has many extra features and is really handy being wireless. The photo printing options are limited to a few options such as either; print all, print last photo taken, date range (per month) or photo number. Another thing that may let the printer down is ink cartridge prices as these can become pricey. ...to send them back to Lexmark to get them refilled. Not very helpful.Its like buying Gillete shavers and signing up with them to get new blades. As I told earlier, I got this printer then returned because of expensive inks, to buy HP 4460, which too I returned because I didn't like the print quality. While buying a printer, in my opinion, one should not pay attention to things like Wireless or card slots which are used seldom. One should only buy ...

Advantages: Light, easy to set up and use. Fast printing and easy to change ink cartridges. Disadvantages: None that I can find.
I recently purchased my Lexmark X4650 from Tesco. They were offering it at £59.95, which was reduced from £125. So that was an incredible saving.
The setup of the machine was very straighforward and simple and it was up and running within 10 minutes.
It seems to print much faster than my old Lexmark and the "wireless" connection means that it is tidier in my office as it only requires a supply cable.
It comes with a "Lexmark Productivity Studio" ...

The old printer was an Epson DX6000 and had served us well, but had networking became an issue when the number of PCs in the household grew exponentially. Vista seemed to create more problems, and it just didn't like one laptop in particular, returning a paper jam message whenever the laptop was attached via USB. The inkjets became clogged, and no amount of squirting ink through would clear them completely. If only the jets could be removed for cleaning, but that would be too simple wouldn't it.
Finally a much needed item had to be printed, and the DX jammed than refused to deliver an acceptable reproduction, so a replacement multifunction unit was needed.
I surveyed the options on the market. Wifi networking was elevated to a must-have this time. The LexmarkX4650 came in at £65, while the Epson offering, the SX405W was more pricey ...
