Having been a student for the majority of my life, printing from home has never been a necessity for me. There has always been a printer of quality far beyond my means available at school, college or university, so for years I did not even consider adding a printer to my PC. That changed recently...

ConsCartridges are costly

I bought my Lexmark Z13 from Argos for £29.99 and I thought that wasn't bad for a 1200 x 1200 dpi photo quality printer. The Lexmark Z13 doesn't come with a USB cable so you have to buy this seperately so add another £12 onto the price, which is a bit of a downer as most printers come with all...

ConsPricey Ink Cartridge.

I was desperately in need of a new printer after my Epson 440 passed gracefully on, so after careful consideration and price ranges I decided to go for the Lexmark Z13. So after purchasing your printer, you will need to set it up, you will need to purchase a USB cable as this is not included with...

ConsSlow as it's inkjet

When I decided to treat myself to a new computer recently I also decided to have a new colour printer. I had always had a black and white one until then so I thought it was time I moved up to colour. I chose not to buy the PC and printer package as it included a scanner and a digital camera both...

Consonly takes one cartridge at a time

Sleek, compact and it's a quiet little number. To top all that it only cost me £29.99 in the sales. Original price only 49.99 depending on where you shop. It's and ideal printer for home use. FEATURES: 1200 x 1200 dpi photo quality (dots per inch) 7 pages per minute black, and 4 pages per minute...

ConsInk Catridge costs, Lack of USB cable

(Updates are at the end of the opinion) Printers. OK they’re not the most exciting things to write about but when there is a bargain to be had, I’ve got to let everyone know! The cost of my Lexmark Z13? £24.99! Yes that was the cost of my new printer! Plus a £2.99 P+P charge but still it was...

ConsExpensive to run, slow

We bought the Z13 some months ago for occasional printing alongside our Samsung laser. We just needed something cheap for colour printing. So along came the Lexmark. Cheap we wanted, cheap we got. The construction quality is not good, particularly the two buttons on the top of the unit. After...

ConsExpensive ink cartriges,

I've had this printer for a while now and when I first bought it I would have said 'Yes fantastic highly recommended etc' Sadly after a few months something (I'm not sure what) went wrong! The printer now only prints in PINK!! Unless I take the cartridge out and clean it straight before clicking...

ConsUSB connection, difficulty locating cartridges

Having purchased a Lexmark Z12 some six weeks ago you can imagine my surprise when two nights ago it packed up, on returning it to the shop I was advised that there were no more in stock however if I paid extra I could upgrade to a Z13 original price £49.99. On returning home with my new printer...

Consonly one cartridge at a time

I bought my Z13 at a car boot for only £5 - a real bargain, as it also came with a colour ink cartridge, not used. I got it home and put it in the small space available and it fitted perfectly. It looks really neat and tidy if you fold it all up and can be hidden away in a corner or on a shelf...

ConsThe ink is far too expensive!

The Lexmark Z13 is a wonderous thing, not unattractive, it kinda looks like a 50s cadillac's fins. able to print right up to 2400 dpi, it does me prou. as a former art student i took a lot o photos and altered them on the pc. printing them out was a concern, but after tweaking the easy to use...

ConsUSB CABLE NOT SUPPLIED

Am i missing something here or what? I bought a Lexmark jetprinter from Jungle.com at a very competitive price. I opened the box and found out that the USB printer comes with no USB cable. What on earth is this a joke? I had to complain to Jungle.com about this as I was not advised of this major...
