Am i missing something here or what? I bought a Lexmark jetprinter from Jungle.com at a very competitive price. I opened the box and found out that the USB printer comes with no USB cable. What on earth is this a joke? I had to complain to Jungle.com about this as I was not advised of this major 'flaw' when I purchased the printer. No mention on the box of this either, as a matter of fact I had to open up the box and read the guide/instruction book to understand that the USB cable had to be purchased separetely. I wonder of what use is a USB printer if no cable is available. Despite the catchy phrase used by Lexmark that the product is 'easy to install' I wonder what is it easy about having a printer which is basically useless unless you buy a USB cable yourself? I'd really like to have a satisfactory answer from both Jungle.com and Lexmark because at this point in time it only seems a big rip off to me. I am awaiting Jungle.com feedback about this because I don't even know if it should be dealt as a customer care issue or a technical issue. I tried to locate where I could buy this USB cable on the Internet, but it is not easy to find. When I found the cable it was more expensive of the printer itself when considering delivery charges and VAT. Disgusting! To be honest I am puzzled by all this. This world of manufacturers never ends to surprise me .... :-( --- The installation was pretty straight forward no hiccups; software included quite good; i printed out a photo and it was very good.
