Having just bought my first Lexus and being a RX300 SE-L, i have to say the car is fantastic. We were on the look out for a larger car as we are expecting a baby, i never wanted a large 4x4 until i saw this car. we looked at the usual X5 and merc but all failed to meet the spec delivered by the RX, it has everything you need and more. it probably wont be the best off road but who actually takes their X5 off road unless being chased by the police (well most are owned by drug dealers). the ride is fantastic and the comfort level amazing. i traded in a porsche which was like a go-kart after driving the RX and has slowed me down no end. i would also add the service from the dealer as 2nd to none. the only issue was the reg plate was squint which is a tiny mistake. highly recommended
