... A few months ago however, I was trying to find a way to save money, and finally took the plunge and bought a bottle of Lidl's Maxitrat washing liquid, and surprisingly I have found it to be just as good as the more expensive brands.

...around 19p a wash. With Lidl Washing liquid it costs the same (£1.89), but contains enough for 20 washes, which works out at 9.5p a wash - half price. As you can see, this is much more cost effective, especially as the results are exactly the same. Obviously as this is a Lidl product it is only available in Lidl.

once you get over the 'stigma' that is attached to this shop you can see that the products that they offer are good value for money and good quality.
The washing up liquid is thick enough to go a long way, and wash many dishes, ... ...for extra grubby dishes. The smell is also extremely pleasant, and adds a touch of fruitiness to washing up time. The only downside wiht this product is it's colour. Being raspberry fragranced, it is a very bright red colour. When too much of the liquid is used, it can have the tendency to almost stain the dishes so to speak - but this is only unitl the dishes are thoroughly rinsed. Basically - used sensibly this liquid is brilliant - give it a go, ...
