The adviser I spoke to was incredibly helpful. She went through everything to do with my individual circumstances, which made me realise that what I thought I needed - which was just some life insurance to cover the mortgage - wasn't what I needed at all.

An advisor phoned me within minutes of me filling out the online form. He gave superb advice and found me realistic cover within my small budget. He explained all the options thoroughly and answered all my questions in detail. He didn't try to push additional products on to me either.
