Advantages: none Disadvantages: origionally missold by Gan and after readjusting policy messed up by W/L when in their management
I have been a customer with Windsor Life (formerly GAN & General Portfolio) for over 20 Years.
Overall I have had very bad experience with this company.
Over the years I have noticed many errors on my yearly statements of varies policies I have with W/L. In order to sort them out I was kept hanging on the other end of expensive phone calls achieving nothing. When I wrote to W/L there was often no reply or like in many cases it took 6 weeks. Then the problem was not addressed and I would receive a wad of projections to encourage me to invest in more poor products.
In my experience W/L is not clear in presenting facts to the customer and repeat substantial errors (date of birth, maturity dates) over and over. That continues after repeated notification from myself.

Advantages: good plot with good lessons interwoven with out forcing it home! Disadvantages: room for deepr characters at times
Eh!! It was good this!!!. I expected this to be a bit lightweight and well, slim pickings, BUT, the temptation to read a book that "saved my life" was too much to resist (good marketing ploy). A modern day tale of self discovery develops with believable and likeable characters. Nothing too testing, and its got an "afternoon in the park sorta read" written all over it.
Nice to see the female author has beautiful insight into the modern male psyche, obviously all exaggerated by 100 due to the stage being LA, but message conveyed thank you very much. Didn't change my life, but reminded us all where we need to direct it at least.
Simple tale of modern self discovery, erm...discovered! The film is just gonna bea "cert", LA wont leave this be! ...
