The ultimate cookery book? Maybe not but it's pretty damn good

Advantages: Some great recipes that are quick to prepare and taste lovely, helpful information and advice
Disadvantages: Very expensive at full price, I've struggled to find some ingredients

Disadvantages: some notable omissions and lack of referencing

Medical words for everyone!

Advantages: Really easy to read, layout is excellent.
Disadvantages: Like it says in the title - concise. Sometimes not enough detail.
