A British Book on Hypnobirthing from Katharine Graves. Wonderful.

Advantages: A good, practical guide, written from a British rather than American perspective..
Disadvantages: It would be nice to buy it with the CDs included. Maybe the next edition?

UPDATE Really USEFUL and INTERESTING book

Advantages: Superbly comprehansive, very interesting and helpful
Disadvantages: could cause some anxious people to avoid certain foodstuffs
