The Mother Of All Baby Books!

Advantages: PACKED with ideas from newborn to 12 months, inexpensive, confidence-builder for the parent
Disadvantages: none at all.

WHAT an amazing book! As a first time mother I was unfortunate to discover this book when my child was 7 months old and I seriously wish I had known about it when he was born. The book talks about "The Golden Hour", an hour of focus on 5 main points of development and some one-on-one time with your baby. The points include: Talking, Moving, Hands, Mind, Friendliness. A brilliant recipe book!

This book was bought from mothercare and was a brilliant buy. Inside the book is split into different chapters depending upon your babies stage of feeding. The first chapter is an introduction to what your baby should be eating and what they should be avoiding. There is advice about obesity, the effects of different foods and ways in which food can be prepared. The next chapters offer interesting and easy recipes for your baby/toddler and eventually ...
