I have suffered from a lot of stress in my life, most of which has been caused by my work and I can strongly recommend aromatherapy as a treatment for the relief of stress and othe ailments. I have been a fan of aromatherapy for many years, and my wife is an aromatherapist so I have plenty of experience of the treatment.
I also enjoy the atmosphere that essential oils create when they are used in room burners - not only for producing relaxing smells, but also for helping promote restfullness and sleep.
My most recent experience was last night. I have been suffering from a bad cold since just after Christmas. My throat has been sore, I have had a persisitent cough, congested chest, and as a result I have had many nights of broken sleep.
My wife made up a mixture of oils which she massaged into my chest and back - I had the best nights sleep ever and woke up this morning feeling quite refreshed. I still have my cold but it is not as bad today.
When using essential oils, as far as I have always been concerned one essential oil is very much the same as another. After all, they come from the same plant don't they? My wife has convinced me otherwise.
Apparently there are a number of factors which affect the quality of an essential oil, and some of these include, the origin of the oil, whether or not the oil is from an organic source, how the oil has been extracted, and the concentration of the oil. I have to say that since learning this I have been able to compare several similar oils when they are used in burners and I can indeed detect differences.

One thing we both like about Likisma is that they liaise closely with local farm co-operatives, and carry out regular site visits to maximise the financial return for the indigenous community.

Each of the essentiaol oils is available in a 10ml bottle, some are also available in 25ml bottles.
The price of a 10ml bottle of oil ranges from £4.95 to £22.50
Likisma also offer many of the esential oils pre-mixed to treat specific conditions and ailments, or to provide distinct moods.
The Aromatherapy products range includes beginners aromatherapy kits with full instructions, base creams and lotions to which essential oils may be added, and gift sets.
The Blended products range includes oils blended with lotions, creams and other bases for skincare, haircare, footcare, petcare, mother and baby, and mens toiletries.
Likisma products at first appear to be more expensive that similar products you can buy in the High Street, but taking into account that the products are organic and fairly produced, they are quite reasonably priced when compared to similar products.
Likisam also offer opportunities for earning through parties, social groups and charities - their commission rates are very good reaching as high as 48% for their best performing consultants, and by hosting a party it is very easy to earn commission of between 15-25% and get a lovely free thank you gift as well.
More information on the Likisma range of Aromatherapy products, and on their opportunities to earn can be found on the web page at..

Advantages: A very easy way to earn money, good quality products Disadvantages: need motivation, must want to succeed
OK - I promise this will be my last review of Likisma. I am doing this one because, unlike my earlier reviews on the company, this one relates to the opportunities on offer rather than the products themselves.
Likisma offer very high quality aromatherapyproducts as well as an excellent health and nutrition range.
The products include, essential oils, oil combinations, blended creams and lotions, aromatherapy kits and oil burners, skincare, haircare, beauty products, petcare (yes pets benefit from aromatherapy too), mother and baby products, men's toiletries, and gift sets.
Likisma was founded in 1992 by Lisa Burke. Lisa is very passionate about using cruelty-free, natural, organic and environmentally friendly products and ensures she works hard to ensure that all Likismaproducts are produced to meet these criteria ...

I came across this website while I was searching the web for information about Holistic Therapies.
I had visited a site called 'Holistic Pages' and there included in the list of links was 'The Healing Pool'
the actual URL for The Healing Pool is www.thehealingpool.org and this takes you to an opening page full of information and links to various holistic therapies and associated information.
I was drawn to the name of this site because The Healing Pool is mentioned in the Bible and I guess that is where the site owners got the name from.
The first page of this site has several banner advertisements for other sites, such as Paul McKenna, LikismaAromatherapyProducts, Holistic Pages, Google Adsense, New World Music, and Amazon.
There are links to other pages on the site offering information on Reflexology.Aromatherapy ...
I used to work freelance for a company called Likisma, which is based in Northampton. They sell Aromatherapyproducts through home demonstrations. They tell you that their products are not tested on animals, and only contain the most pure ingredients. This is true, but their products are so expensive, it's not worth having a demonstration in your own home, plus the fact, would you like a total stranger into your home to demonstrate anything?
For example, a 10ml bottle of chamomile costs £19.99, when you can get exactly the same product from a shop for half that price. Another example is their oil burner's. They're cheaply made, and have a tendancy to crack, after the first use.
A lot of their products are also for use in massage and skin care. A lot of people will have a reaction to this sort of treatment, so if you are thinking ...
