Advantages small and compact, comes apart easy, easy to clean , does the job,.
Disadvantages Sometimes the blade doesnt reach the contents too well but mostly ok. Noisy. As are most blenders

I bought this for under £20 for the sole purpose of home pureeing baby food but hopefully will get other uses out of it eg making smoothies etc
This does the job basically, It comes apart into 4 pieces. The main unit which plugs into the mains, the plastic holder with measurements on, the blade and the lid. It all secures on nicely with a bit of twisting as directed on the blender.The instruction manual was pretty clear and give you rough estimate of portion sizes you should blend in here, although can't say I abide by that!
It is operated simply by turning on at wall, and pressing blue button,blade spins , voila! not quite, I do sometimes have to tip to the side to make sure the blade reaches all the contents but it mostly does the job itself!I so far have used it for carrots,pots,onions,minced beef, strawberries, rusk, pear,etc. Not had a problem and still in good working order.
Easy to clean as all comes apart, I stick it in the dishwasher apart from the mains and has come out fine.Certainly a cheap handy kitchen tool to have if you dont want to shell out for a fancy blender which will probably sit in your cupboard!
