Unfortunately it is totally unusable, firstly the software that came in the box states that it is Vista compatible; however I happened to run XP, after several attempts and hours of trying to load the operating software I was forced to call tech support. I have to say we have all had problems with so called tech support; trying ... ...not understand English, but the Linksys so called back-up is non-existent, you cannot get through, and the rare times that you do, the support staff have not got a clue, keeping you on hold only to come back and give you yet another number to call that you are unable to connect to...

I have to say we have all had problems with so called tech support; trying to get through, long hours on premium rate numbers, speaking with overseas staff that do not understand English, but the Linksys so called back-up is non-existent, you cannot get through, and the rare times that you do, the support staff have not got a clue, keeping you on hold only to come back and give you yet another number to call that you are unable to connect to...
After trying several on-line forums I have to conclude that this unit will not work with Windows XP operating software, all that I required was to download the appropriate drivers and software so that I can get this to work, clearly no one at Linksys knows or even gives a hoot...
I will not recommend this product to anyone even if you are running Vista; there customer support is a big ZERO
