I bought this router along with 2 PCIwifi cards about six months ago as an effort to de-clutter my house and get rid of the ugly wires trailing around the place.
Upon opening the box, wiring up the modem and plugging it in the setup was very simple, took me a matter of minutes to make the admin account on the router, change the password and connect to my internet connection.
I went for MAC address filtering only interms of security which has worked fine so far, i have a few mates with centrino laptops who are on the list and i some times find them wardriving on my porch when i come home but generally i dont think we've had any security breaches.
I run the wireless network in a house over 3 floors and though some very think stone walls and i generally get "good" or "excelent" signal anywhere in the house.
Overall, this router is very nice, easy to maintain and use and really not that bad on the eye. Linksys have good product support, regular "firmware" upgrades and good customer support when/if u do run into trouble.
