Advantages: Lightweight, Comfortable, Packs away easily, Fairly Compact, Top and Side panels remove Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is that it would not be high enough for an older child to stand in with the
I found this travelcot extremely easy to use and it literally took seconds to assemble. It is lightweight and I managed to fit it in my luggage so did not have to pay the extra £20 to put it on the plane. The matress is also thick enough to make it comfortable and is great to use on the beach. My little boy was 6 months old and I took it to Spain he slept really well in it. The net sides are great for keeping the bugs out but still enables you to see the child. There is also a fitted sheet that comes with it so it helps to keep the mattress clean. It packs neatly into the bag that comes with it making it easy to carry around with you. It would be great for camping or travelling around. ...
Advantages: Can be used as a cot or play-pen Disadvantages: The instruction manual is crap!
We bought a TravelCot about 3months before our daughter was born. We thought it would be a great thing to have when she stays over at her grandparents houses and it doubles up as a fantastic safe play-pen for while she is at home.
The Graco TravelCot cost around £99 from Toy'R'Us and comes compete with Bassinet, changing unit and a bag for packing away.
The travelcot is really easy to put together, although the instructions that it comes with make things more difficult than they actually are. The first attempt to put it together took me 3hours and now that I know how to do it it takes me less than 5 minutes.
Constuction
The main part of the cot has collapsing sides, to put it together just pull these sides up until they click and lock into place. Once all four are done you will notice a red pull cord in the centre ...

WANT BREAKFAST" LOL.
So if you use these sensibly they are a really handy piece of baby equipment.I wish I had brought one these instead of a moses basket,it lasts longer, has lots of uses and can have acessories added to it like a top fixture for changing, toy tidy at side.So come on ...give the playpen/travelcot a go, just use it to add adult supervision not instead of!
It has see through mess paneling so you can see little one without peering over the top all the time. Mine is green but they come in all colours and some have a changing panel you can fit on topand a panel for the side to put toys in. Its really easy to put up. Just opening it up from the carrycase and unfold the materess. If you unfold it and snap the sides into place, you can just push the middle down. All the need to do then is pop in the materess in.

Manufacturer's product description
Littlelife have brought out the next generation of tent style travel cots. The Littlelife Arc 3 has three extremely light aluminium poles that form a superbly strong geodesic frame. Weighing just 2.4kg it is one of the lightest travel cots available. There are two openings - a zip down side that can be toggled closed and a zip opening on top. A UV sunshade included can be fitted snuggly over the travel cot so it can be used as a beach/sun shelter. At night the sunshade can be used to keep the sleeping area dark even when the lights are on. The Littlelife Arc 3 takes very little room in the boot of the car. It is easy to put up and packing away is easy too. One of the babyworld staff has one of these and simply wouldn't go anywhere without it. Recently he went camping in the pouring rain and his little boy slept straight through the whole experience. When the sun came out the next day he put the cot outside the tent so he could play in the open. \We can use it anywhere - inside or"
