INTRODUCTION
When we switched from using a full infant car seat to a booster seat for our four year old daughter, one of the unexpected side effects was the loss of side support for her head when she fell asleep. We found she liked to flop forward against the seat belt, with her head unsupported and the belt itself chafing her uncomfortably around the throat area, and more often than not, waking her up. There is nothing quite like the peace and quiet you get when the kids are asleep, and parents with young children in particular, will fully appreciate the utility of the family car in conveying their precious cargo to the land of Nod. Advantages: Very soft pillow, plays the music at a reasonable level, nice novelty. Disadvantages: Not washable and so has a limited life.
found that when he has music playing via this pillow ,that other noises are less distracting and much less annoying. I suppose that's because the speaker is playing the sound so close up to you.
Since purchasing this pillow I have seen one or two similar ones on the market, especially on the Internet, however they are a little more expensive. The one I purchased, was £12.99, which I feel was a good price, for what is essentially a novelty item. It has a polyester filling and white cotton cover.

Whilst browsing the website it became apparent that there is not just one type of Chillow available - you can buy the original Chillow, the mini Chillow, and the new Chillow Plus! I bought the Chillow Plus, for reasons I'll go into below.
The Original Chillow - measures 52cm across x 34.5cm down x 2cm thick. The original Chillow is cool on one side, so is perfect for resting on your pillow at night (or even inside your pillowcase if you prefer). The other side is flocked, which I believe is to make sure it doesn't slip about on your pillow.
The mini-chillow - measures 35cm x 25cm x 2cm. This isn't designed to be used for sleeping on as it isn't big enough, but I believe it could be used when travelling, perhaps on a plane or in a car.
