Littlewoods, is a home shopping catologue, with so much to offer. They have a wide range of products, reasonable prices and flexible ways to pay.
You will be sent two books a year. One is a Spring/Summer book. The other is a Autumn/Winter book. Along with these, you will recieve supplement books, from time to time. These offer you special deals and discount prices.For every pound you spend, you recieve commission. This is 10%. You can do two things with your commission. You can:

They also offer a reward and loyalty scheme. If you are a regular user of Littlewoods, and your payments are made on time, you could recieve one of these status's.

Silver
Gold
A different gift is given to you, for each level you recieve. For bronze, i recieved a blender. I can not remember what silver was, (sorry) but gold, was £50 of Index vouchers.You can spread the cost, of your purchases, if you wish to. You can pay over:

100 weeks
In some cases, for things that cost a few hundred, you can spread your cost over 150 weeks. They offer this to you at, 29.9% apr.
The catoloque.
In the catologue, you will find all these sections:
In the back of the catologue, they provide a lot of information. I have always found this to be very useful. They have:
*An index, this makes it a lot easier to find what it is you are looking for.
*Kids and teens measuring guides, ideal as they never seem to stop growing.
*Women and mens measuring guides, handing for double checking, just to make sure.
*A list of all other branches, just incase you wanted to go to a store, and look around.
*Pay structures, they show you how much you will be paying each week, if you spread your payments.
*Insurance policies, it is always best to insure your products, they offer you information on this.
*Easy budgeting, allows you to budget, stopping yourself going over what you can afford.
Customer services.
They have a customer services phone line, which can be accessed, by phoning the order number.
I have always found them to be polite, and very helpful. If you have any problems or queries, they will always try their best, to help you, there and then. If they are unable to sort out the problem on the phone, then you can leave it with them, and they will sort it out later. When they have, they will either phone you back, or send you a letter, explaining what they have done.
Delivery service.
If your product is in stock, then it is usually with you in 10 days. They say allow 14, but it is rare it actually takes that long. You can request 24 or 48 hour delivery. This will cost you beteween £2and £5. Quite reasonable, if you are in a rush. If your product is not in stock, they will reserve you one, and send it when they have it.
If you are out, when your products are delivered, they will knock one of your neighbours. Where possible, they will leave it at their house, and post a card through your letter box, telling you where it is.
If they can not leave it anywhere, they will leave you a card, telling you they have called, and when they will call again. If their time is inconvienient for you, you can ring them and change it.
My opinion.
I have been shopping through Littlewoods, for about three years now. My boyfriend has been with them longer. I can honestly say, we have had no trouble with them, or their service.
We have found them to be a very reliable company, that provide an excellent service.
I would recommend this catologue to anyone. You do not have to spread your payments, if you don't want to, you can pay in full.
You recieve a statement, every month. This is very nicely laid out, and easy to understand. It will tell you what you have bought, how much you have paid, how much you have left to pay, and when the payment should reach them.
Personally, this is the best catologue company, I have ever used. I like home shopping, and have therefore been a member of a few catologues. I feel that no one offers a service like Littlewoods.

Yep, got to agree with you there, I myself have actually ran a Littlewoods catalogue for several years, I'm a select agent (Silver I think) and have had two superb gifts off them, the first being a mobile phone worth £100 and the second being a CD Player/Radio which must have been worth around £40. I especially love the sales in Littlewoods where you can get stuff for unbelievable prices, some of them with 60% off....Very good op, well done...Brian

I have the catalgue but did not know about the bronze/silver/gold awards etc.
Advantages: If you open a flexible account you get 90 days interest free credit, The Manager at Southampton store is helpful Disadvantages: Far too many to mention
