Littlewoods

As im sure everyone is aware, Littlewoods are one of, if not THE larget online UK retailer. They offer a large range of products across a number of consumer areas. They range from clothes, homeware, electrical goods and even seasonal decorations. Within these areas they offer the latest products from the industry's leading manufacturers such as the latest 3d TV's from brands such as Sony and Samsung.

In my opinion, it is the best shopping experience I have ever had. I believe this is justified in a number of ways. The first of these is the payment options they offer you. With lower priced products they offer a low weekly payment over a 20 week period, which from my point of view, is a lot easier than paying for an item in one hit. This 20 week period also comes with the added bonus of no interest. However with the more expensive items such as furniture or electrical goods, you then have a choice. You can still opt for the 20 week period which naturally makes your weekly payments quite high. However you can also then choose an option with more weekly payments such as 52 weeks or 104 weeks. However with these options you do have to incorporate an interest charge with is typically around 39% APR. So this gives you, a customer, the chance to tailor your orders around your own payment preferences.

The second reason I believe Littlewoods is the best place to shop online is their delivery speed. Most of the orders I have placed with Littlewoods have arrived within a 2 day period. You can also (if you need to), specify a particular date or time when you will be home to accept the delivery. This comes in very hand if your work or other commitments restrict you to certain hours.

I think the best thing about Littlewoods is their reward structure. There are three different levels which you will gradually move up through from monthly repayments. The first, or the 'Bronze' level, will earn you 2.5% of your monthly repayments in rewards which you can then use towards other items online. The second 'Silver' level, will earn you 5% of your monthly payments and finally the 'Gold' level will earn you 7.5%. You can use this reward every month or can wait for the amount to build up to use towards a larger item or number of items.

The only negative I can think of with Littlewoods, is that they do charge top end retail price for most of their products. However due to all of the above, I am always happy to pay the prices they ask. They are defiantely a company I would recommend to anyone and will continue to use on a regular basis myself.
