I ordered an expensive camera for my husband when there was an extra 10% off (in addition to my usual 10% comission) and was advised that delivery could take up to 8 weeks. Thinking of the delivery date I was in two minds whether to cancel or not - my mistake was to email a cancellation but after reconsidering I emailed again within 2 hours to uncancel. Well you guessed it - the order was cancelled anyway and they refuse to reinstate it??? I have been informed that I can reorder in the usual way (obviously not getting the extra 10% off) but since my original order the item has been removed from their online catalogue. It was obviously originally on backorder but they continue to refuse to put it back on order??? The camera is a new model and demand is high but high street stores and online retailers are taking orders as they want business.
I've been an account holder for a number of years and had the odd niggle but this realy takes the widdle!
