    Advantages Advantages Very Tasty, Easy To Cook

    Marks and Spencer's and the word quality have always gone in hand in hand but recently they seem to have been getting a bit of a bad press and their sales are falling. Perhaps it has something to do with the pink rinse brigade gradually dying off or being sent off to the nearest Pine Lodge nursing home. However one thing that has always remained consistent with M&S is the quality of their food, I don't find myself perusing their food hall very often because it is a little bit pricey, but when I do I head straight for their ready made meals section.     Advantages Advantages Very tasty, Decent sized portions and very good value

    Marks and Spencer’s to me, have always made superbly delicious meals, albeit a bit expensive and whenever I have actually got around to shopping in there, which is not too often, I have thoroughly enjoyed whatever I’ve bought. So, thanks to receiving £20 in Marks and Spencer vouchers from I-Points (Yeah, they really do pay-out), I decided to use them in the M&S Food-hall in the St Helens branch, so off I went to do my shopping. One of the items I bought was a Liver and Bacon meal for one, which cost £1.99, although I did get a pound off for buying two of them, meaning the cost went down to £1 ... more

    Marks and Spencer have long since moved on from being the middle aged woman with blue rinse and too much money store (or perhaps I've joined the ranks of the Well Heeled) and cast their net far wider bringing in the rest of us poor plebs, and one of the main reasons is their enormous range of ready to cook meals. They have ranges in Italian, Chinese, even American, which are excellent, but it would be unfortunate if among all those exotic goodies, you failed to check out their home grown stock - to whit, dave27 has decided once more that the lure of money is too much and he needs the 1p's so ... more
