Steven Gerrard is the greatest player in the world.
And this is coming from an Aston Villa fan.He has everything to his game: positioning, playmaking, passing - long and short, heading, tackling............... the works. he seems to carry the team every game. I bet he is the first on the team sheet every week (except when he is injured. then the manager cries). If only Liverpool did well in Europe (could happen this season) it would put Steven on the map and he will definitely win World Player of the Year.
by now he should be the player sven wants most to be fit every time an international comes around. and the future England captain. He seems to be able to play in every position, although i've never seen him in goal. but i'm sure he'd be better than David James.
I hope he says at Liverpool, or comes to us! stay away from Chelsea! if you went there Villa might aswell drop out of the league if he teams up with Frank Lampard!Best player in the world. end of...!

I knew nothing of the team before reading this, and I still do not. Sorry, Joshua

should be about the team, not just Stevie Gerrard

You need to say more about Liverpool than just Stevie G. They're not a one-man team, even if it does look that way sometimes. And why have him in goal when they have Kirkland?

It's not about the team
