This side table is fantastic. Iv'e always loved oak. The table it's self is very sturdy and looks pretty hard wearing (especially when my little neice desides to jump all over it). It looks great in the bedroom or in the dining room (Iv'e had it in both). It also looks stunning if the lights are off and you have a candle or two on it. I recommend this side table to anyone who needs a sturdy table that looks great and is built to last. Also if it ... ...from hot cups you simply put a piece of grease proof paper or an old cloth over the stain and use a hot iron on it in a circular motion for 10 to 15 seconds and the stain is completely removed. This works on any varnished or painted surface. This means that the side table is practically indistructable and is perfect for people with kids.

...I first came across the Nexus range at the sale in Macdonald's furniture, and decided to go for the coffee table and the lamp table in light oak. The range is also available in chestnut. I think the oak looks better in small spaces as it's a lighter colour - the glass panel in the middle also helps to give the feeling of space in a room. In my opinion, the table is stylish yet not in a way that will make it ever look outdated. It measures H41cm x ... ...smoky glass insert and was apparently designed by a British designer. It is constructed from mostly oak veneer and some solid oak. It's easy enough to push around a carpeted room and there's plenty of space on it. I've had it for about a year and it still looks as good as new - the glass hasn't been damaged at all either, though I do use coasters and occasionally put a runner over the glass! The only thing I can say about this table that's not positive ...
