hello, i'm a 26 year old mother of two (oldest is 5, youngest is 2). I currently work in sales in the plastics industry (yes, it's boring).

lloyds is rubbish! That's what needs to be said ( about a billion times). Lloyds pay virtually no interest on any money that you have left that they have not yet taken off you. When you do have money in your account, you're great, but beware when you don't! Seriously, I know they are there to make money, but they don't have to treat you like rubbish to do it. Example,loads of cash in the bank, phone mithering telling me I cvould have a personal loan of upto £25k, (didn't want any though). Six months later, spent loads of money, tried to get a loan of £1200 for a car, did I get it?? No chance. But then, I am really that bothered as they charge far higher rates than loads of other banks. Oh, and as for the select account- a fiver a month for nothing...except lower apr on loans of over £5k (which I've not got)

Advantages: Entertainment value nothing else Disadvantages: Untrained staff, unhelpful, inpolite, bad communication, lots of other nasty things I could say
