Lloyds Tsb Internet Banking [TV Advertisement]

I have been banking with Lloyds TSB for two years now. I have no choice, it is the only bank in reach. Anyhow, when I decided to get online I thought to myself great, I can be even lazier than I already am. I was seduced by banking controlled by my fingertips whilst sitting on my backside. No more essential trips in the rain just to pay off that one outstanding bill (If you believe that you will believe anything).

...what? It wasn't. Thanks to Lloyds online I have high blood pressure and bald patches instead of long flowing locks. On the up side I am fitter.

Lloyds TSB online for me has been at the very least frustrating. I continue to try and use it. Anyhow, when I decided to get online I thought to myself great, I can be even lazier than I already am. I was seduced by banking controlled by my fingertips whilst sitting on my backside. No more essential trips in the rain just to pay off that one outstanding bill (If you believe that you will believe anything).

The login details were sent within days. I was so happy for the first month. I didn't use it much but I was at ease with the world knowing that it was there for me when I needed it. Then the bitter reality of life slapped across the face and and my rose tinted glasses shattered to the ground.

I attempted to login. I entered the details and the login page came back to me. I was confused for a second so I re-entered the details. Again the login page came back. This went on for ten minutes (I was slow on the uptake). Finally I turned off the computer with my blood boiling. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I tried again at a later date. To my dissmay the same thing happened. This time with a twist. I could eventually access the account, but when it came to clicking on the statement page the login page was thrown in my face again. This has been the story ever since. It would tease me by letting me go so far and then send me right back to square one (Guys, I am sure you know what I mean).

I have emailed them, I have phoned them. Each time it is the same thing, 'we are experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later when the problem is sorted out'. Guess what? It wasn't. Thanks to Lloyds online I have high blood pressure and bald patches instead of long flowing locks. On the up side I am fitter.

However, I fear that I am not alone. I try to access the sight at various different times and this does not make much of a difference. Such a shame as the facility itself is extremely useful. If there was another bank locally, I would change in a shot.

My final statement regarding those who wish to use the online banking facility is this, 'Beware of losing your hair'. Remember your health is at risk.

(I just wanted to add that now I read that I am alone in experiencing these problems, I have a severe complex!! What have I done to deserve this?)
