The special offer in House of Fraser that day made ... ...easy, and It has built in freeview, connecting it up to Sky HD via HDMI is a doddle, however a second HD source can only connect via the component connectors.
The Individual 32 will allow you to connect via HDMI, Scart, S-VHS, Component (Phono) and a traditional RF antenna. Most importantly you can do it easily - once you have spent 20 minutes reading the manual.

The only negative I can find is that a Sky controller does not allow you to change the volume - mute yes - but no change to the level.
In short if you can afford it buy one - the quality is superb, especially when you get a true HD source and see the system at its best.
