Advantages: Cheap & Reliable Disadvantages: To many buttons in the middle
I have been playing on Rugby 06 for about 2 weeks before I decided to buy a controller to play the game on. I didn't really want to spend over £15. So I decided to buy this controller because it was in the half price sale, so I managed to get it for £5.
I found a problem while playing with my keyboard that I could not press more than 3 keys at once, so while you are trying to sprint, and move diagonally, it only allows you to do the ... ...sprint, which got annoying. I found that with the controller I could press more than 3 buttons which allowed me do execute special moves.
To use the controller, you just plug it into the USB on you PC, and it will work because it is plug and play. This means that you do not have to install any drivers so can start playing with it sooner than you think.

I found a problem while playing with my keyboard that I could not press more than 3 keys at once, so while you are trying to sprint, and move diagonally, it only allows you to do the last 2 buttons pressed, so it would not let you sprint, which got annoying. I found that with the controller I could press more than 3 buttons which allowed me do execute special moves.
To use the controller, you just plug it into the USB on you PC, and it will work because it is plug and play. This means that you do not have to install any drivers so can start playing with it sooner than you think.
If you have played with a PS2 controller before, then you will have no problems using this one. If you haven't then it is easy to learn. There are all the normal buttons, i.e. the four on the right, the directional pad on the left, the two buttons on the back both left and right and the two in the middle. But there are also some more buttons, i.e. turbo, slow and clear. These are also positioned in the middle, but I have not had to use them yet, so I can not tell you exactly what they do.
One problem with this controller is that there is no analogue control. This may put some people of buying it, but for me this is no problem.
I would recommend this controller to anyone who wants a good controller for not a lot of money, and who does not want to use analogue.

I am a constant FIFA games player on the PC. I needed a controller that was cheap, and would do the job fine.....and this controller was absulutely fine!
Working near a Comets store, i walked over to the PC accesories section and purchased the controller for £9.99. I pretty reasonable price for a USB PC game pad, better than the old Serial Port gravis ones!
I went home and plugged this straight into my USB port and voi-la! No fansy-pansy installing, ... ...control panel and i was away! Unlike other game pads which need CDs and other discs, this gamepad works the minute you plug in into the USB hub, no drivers needed!
