I bought this Logik scart adaptor for just £2.99 on offer. In this review I'll tell you about it.
First of all, this is a device which you plug into a scart socket on your TV which has 5 sockets attached to it. You can plug in anything with a standard Scart plug into the sockets. It's designed for TVs without enough scart sockets. Onto the review. On the plus side this scart block has very good image quality. It features gold plated connectors for a lossless signal transfer and oxygen free copper to carry your pictures better. Also the scart block seems to be built very well. It's also very easy to use, simply connect it to your TV and then connect your equipment to the scart sockets.
Unfortunately there is 1 major gripe with this device. It doesn't have switches. This means that you can only have 1 device on at a time otherwise it goes haywire. Sometimes you even have to unplug the device to stop the interference, defeating the purpose of the unit. Other than that I can't find anything wrong with the Logik scart adaptor.Overall if you're looking for a cheap device that gives you 5 scart sockets in 1 then this is for you. I'd recommend the Logik scart adaptor to anyone, unless you have a bit more money for a better unit with switches.

I've never understood the gold plating as most scart leads aren't gold plated nor is the connections on devices. I'n all my years I've never seen any evidence that gold plating has advantages. Scart is low quality anyway so it's pointless. Even if there were improvements it'd be very limited.
