Logitech G11 Gaming Keyboard - keyboard

Advantages: keyboard lights up and LCD screen a nice touch
Disadvantages: screen functions are limited at the moment

...Logitech G15 keyboard was a recent purchase I have always been into pc gaming I used to have a Razer keyboard and a boomslang mouse. I decided to purchase this after looking at value for money Logitech have released the "G" series of gaming peripherals , included in this is the G15 gaming keyboard. On first impressions the keyboard is much bigger than your standard keyboard large desks required , with the possibility of not fitting under desk keyboard pull outs. Every key is backlit when plugged into the USB , each key lights up blue which when playing at night is so much easier , the light setting for the keys have 3 settings including off. Based at the top of this keyboard is a rubber lid upon opening shows the built in LCD screen , there are many uses for the screen but my preference at the moment is to notify me when new email has... Advantages: Sleek, ergonomic, sylish
Disadvantages: More extra keys than you could want?

...Extra keys feel of keyboard wired not wireless Over the years I’ve had many brands and makes of keyboards, from the cheap and nasty £5 unbranded barely functional to the ultra expensive Microsoft ergonomic “banana” keyboards, yet I continue to come back to Logitech. Why is this? Well mainly it’s their build quality, which is exceptional and the price, which is nearly always competitive. So, when my current Logitech keyboard started to falter (the enter key gave way after one of the kids got a little too carried away with a game…) I decided to see what was available now. After dismissing the various wireless keyboard options (What is the point of a wireless keyboard? Advantages: Quality build, nifty features, comfort.

...Logitech have always been at the forefront of user interface peripherals. Microsoft has come close and even toppled Logitech in a number of categories but Logitech always seems to strive ahead that bit more and the losing soon becomes winning. The Logitech G15 gaming keyboard is another great keyboard by Logitech and even though I’m not a huge gamer I utterly love this board for its quality, looks and features. The most obvious feature you’ll notice on this keyboard is the LCD screen and Logitech were one of the first to integrate such a device on a keyboard. Although out of the box the LCD is limited to giving info on emails, date/time, CPU usage, etc there is a huge array of 3rd party applications for extra features and whistles.
