I recently got this mouse from Toys R Us about 1 month ago. I choose it because it was small only priced £19.99 (in a sale) and made by Logitech I like that make it has never let me down. The thing I like most about it is the size of it its only about 10 centimetres the wireless USB receiver is only about 5 if that. The reason I bought it is because I was getting annoyed at my laptops touch pad as it was really small and you cant drag or highlight things and the fact that im a gamer so I really needed a mouse. This was my first laser mouse as well the other ones I've had are the ones that have the big red light at the bottoms I think there called optical mouse's. What comes in the box? A mouse for notebooks without wires!

Advantages: No wires, automatic swtiching on and off, storage clip for USB stick
Disadvantages: None

For laptop and notebook users, using a built-in touchpad can be quite a frustrating experience. Especially when the sensitivity of the pad causes you to unwillingly click on dodgy adverts or make mistakes. It is for this reason that I decided to buy myself a mouse for my notebook. I chose the Logitech V220 cordless optical mouse, which I am more than happy with. The mouse requires just one AA battery and has a small USB stick which plugs into the computer and sends a wireless signal to the mouse itself. The USB stick looks similar to that of flash memory. A great little feature of this mouse is that the USB stick slots onto the bottom of the mouse when you're not using it. Logitech LX5 Cordless Optical Mouse

Advantages: Battery indicator
Disadvantages: shape, flaky sample

The Logitech LX5 Cordless Optical Mouse consists of two parts. The transmitter which connects to the PC's mouse port and the mouse itself. OK, three parts - a driver CD too. Installation is straight forward and you can use it without the driver CD but it does add a few extra features so is worth installing. The transmitter has a USB connector but Logitech have included a USB to PS/2 adaptor to ensure it works with all PCs. One nice feature is the battery warning lamp. Wireless keyboards and mice can be a pain when the batteries die so having a warning indicator to give you time to get more is a boon. In use, I found it rather small in my palm and I don't have very big hands. I had to adopt a slightly different way of resting my hand on it but it soon became natural so not a huge deal. People with bigger hands may struggle though ...
