I got this mouse when it was still very new and was the only laser mouse on the market. It is much better than either optical or ball mouses (mice) and if you play PC games involving shooting people, you will notice you number of 'kills' going up. The first mouse I got started experiencing a problem after about 3 months, the batteries stared running down very quickly indeed, even after a full charge so I sent that back and received a replacement, after another couple of months it looked like this one was going to do the same thing but it started behaving itself again and is still doing well to this day. If you are left handed then stay away from this mouse, it is clearly for the right handed user only and is very comfortable indeed. Looks-wise, it is a handsome mouse and certainly feels like a quality item. Some cordless mice encounter problems if there is anything between them and the receiver but this appears not to be a problem with the Logitech Mx 1000 in fact, I am going to submit this review form 15 feet away over the other side of the room using the ceiling as my mouse mat, it really will work on almost any surface.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Not a bad Review , but I think that it needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. It would be helpful to have more detail and information about the Mouse. I think that you need to write every product Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help feel free to put a note in my gb. Rich
