Hi, my name is Pam. I have just finished uni so have some time on my hands. Ive used Ciao when making purchases so thought I would given something back to help others. It helps that Im a bit of a shopaholic and always have quite a lot to say!

I bought this webcam from Argos, the current price is £24.99, Im sure I paid around £15 last summer. I returned it within a few days!
I had never had a webcam before, I chose this one because it was so cheap and I knew I would not use it very often, so a cheap one seemed a good idea.
However, it took me hours to work out how to use it! I expected it to be like most things, you plug it in, put the disc in, up come the instructions and away you go, but not this one. I decided this was probably my own fault to some degree as I had never tried to install one before.
When I eventually got it going I tried it out, the quality was very very poor, it was dark, fuzzy, slow, and with no real colour or sharpness to it. It was also very slow motion to the point of looking like a zombie!
It is cheap and its the old saying you get what you pay for, but this is not a cheap bargain, its cheap and nasty. I really would advise spending a little extra and shopping around for something of higher quality. Im better off with no webcam than this one. I still do not think there is any need to spend a lot of money on a webcam, especially if its just for personal use, but if you can its probably worth aiming a little higher.
