I've had these speakers for several months now. I purchased them from a local dealer who had an offer on and firstly I was amazed at the sheer size and weight of the box.
Opening the packaging, it contained a remote control, batteries, the user manuals, 1 central speaker and 4 satallites, a centralised volume control system with nice blue neon lighting and lastly an absolutly gigantic Sub.
Fitting was fairly easy, although i wished to originally use this with my LCD TV i had to instead use this on my PC because of the size of the sub not fitting anywhere downstairs also the wires would have looked unsightly and they were not long enough to go round the room, also the room structure meant that it would have been difficult placing the satallites in a good position in order to optimize the 5.1 surround sound.
I connected the speakers easily and once the setup to my pc was complete I was at first instance blown away by the sound, I sat back and watched Batman the Dark knight on blue ray and the floor shook every time there was a loud bang in the movie, I felt like I was in the cinema again due to the clarity of the sound coming from the 500 W speakers.
The remote came useful, and there are range of different sound type options like cinema, music, dolby etc, I also like the sleek silver look of the volme control unit which contains blue neon lights as I mentioned earlier.
I'd happily buy another system like this as its sound quality will make you never want to try any thing else again.
