The box of this perfume isn’t special being a kind of mustard colour which I don’t find particularly attractive, and the text is mainly written in a darker shade.

Its an odd little perfume and one I wear infrequently but have not got rid of completely for 2 reasons; firstly the bottles are incredibly beautiful and secondly because occasionally my mood, the season, my activity and the location combine to make this perfume the perfect choice.

Lolita Lempicka : The bottle: ťťťťťťťťťťťťťťťťťŠThe bottle really is unusual and extremely pretty. It is fashioned in the shape of an apple and is a very deep lilac. The surface is overlaid with a tracery of gold and crystalline patterns and there are Swarovski crystals inset within the pattern. "Lolita Lempicka" is written in gold in an embellished scrolling font. The cuff at the neck of the bottle is also gold and is patterned in a rough bark effect design with a love heart (a heart pierced by an arrow) engraved into it .

As I mentioned earlier this is an odd perfume and doesn’t always appear to smell the same. It is classified as a refreshing, oriental, woody fragrance. Its main notes are given as anise, ivy, violet and iris sparkle with vanilla. Its base notes are described as praline, Tonka bean, patchouli and musk. Its opening notes give a rush of liquorice flower and the other floral elements.
This combination of aromas is somewhat bizarre and can be somewhat unsettling. It is designed to be worn during the day with casual wear and as a spring perfume. Personally I find it to be a perfume best worn when its cold, more winter than spring, and thinking back to the times I’ve worn it recently these have all been when its cold, when I’m in a good mood and when I’m doing something outside- such as walking the dog over the chase and having a spot of lunch in a rural pub.
It’s probably a bit young for me and would quite likely be more to the taste of a younger woman as the fragrance is fairly sweet and a bit girly although not overwhelmingly so. It’s definitely a very feminine fragrance and an innocent rather than sensual floral perfume. It is quite intriguing as it is hard to identify the notes but it is quite intense so its best to wear a small amount rather than too heavy an application as this is a bit overpowering.
Lolita Lempicka’s clothing designs are frequently inspired by the 1940s, striking a balance between the modern and the nostalgic and this is possibly what was intended with the perfume although I’m not sure this has gelled so well with this fragrance.
Lolita Lempicka : The range: ťťťťťťťťťťťťťťťŠThe range is incredibly extensive and all of it is very attractive in appearance although the perfume bottles are the most spectacular. The EDT is in the same shape bottle as the EDP but it is a much lighter shade and the tracing and neck are silver rather than gold. The concentrate Parfum roll-on is also in a superb bottle- shaped almost like a chilli in a mid lilac shade with crystalline tracing and a cap which has a small stem, the cap is gold with the bark effect and heart of the lager bottles.
The shower gel, foaming gel (bubble bath) velvet cream body lotion and deodorant all have the appearance of miniature watering cans; the pale lilac glass bottles are just as beautiful as those containing the perfume and the bottle for each item is a little different. The tracery on these is embossed rather than highlighted but the cold necks are the same and they look very delicate and feminine.
• Concentrate Parfum Roll On 7ml approximately £29.50 • Eau de Parfum Spray 30ml approximately £27.00 • Eau de Parfum Spray 50ml approximately £39.00 • Eau de Parfum Spray 100ml approximately £52.00 • Eau de Toilette Spray 30ml approximately £24.00 • Eau de Toilette Spray 75ml approximately £40.00 • Foaming Gel 300ml approximately £25.00 • Shower Gel 200ml approximately £19.00 • Velvet Cream 300ml approximately £29.00 • Body Lotion 200ml approximately £20.00 • Deodorant 100ml approximately £20.00
My recommendations: ≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈•≈ This is a perfume that is well worth a try but definitely one that a tester should be used prior to purchase. I do think it would make a perfect gift for young women- middle to late teens- as it is most likely to suit this age group and even if they aren’t keen on the fragrance they are likely to be enchanted by the unique and beautiful bottles
...with the one and only Lolita Lempicka, sprayed on one of those tester strips. And the rest, as they say, is history.
I couldn't believe it. I just couldn't. Here it was, some little-known apple-shaped perfume bottle released in the late nineties that encapsulated a scent that was to me like alien gold-dust, a colossus of natural essences that had been combined into a mesmerising, etheral, out-of-this-world potion that was a positively pure pleasure ... ...find the cloying nature of Lolita Lempicka annoying and, shall we say, 'over the top'. But for those who go for unusual and what can only be described as aphrodisiacal smells, then this perfume will be like a second sweat to them. If you catch my drift.
Aside from the smell, the concept of Lolita Lempicka reflected within the name of the perfume communicates a great deal concerning who this perfume actually appeals to. Being a fan of both the Nabokov ...

Advantages: it lasts really long, beautiful, weird scent Disadvantages: too weird for some people
...years ago, I've read about Lolita Lempicka Perfumes, and i tought, that this perfume must be something very special and romantic....
And in february, I bought this pretty one in a 30 ml flacon(1 Oz).
PACKAGING
Light green square box, white ornaments, golden "Lolita Lempicka" text on it. Looks really nice and romantic. BOTTLE
An apple in lilac, of clear glass, with the same golden text as it is on the box. It looks like a little toy of a beautiful ... ...apple, looks very gorgeus and very creative. Under this stem stays a little heart on a tree body scratched:) A real teenage-memory for some of us(not for me*sigh*)....
SCENT
Here comes the most wonderful, most fairy-like scent I ever felt until this day. I have 8 perfumes, but the most beautiful and most lasting is this one. The scent itself is oriental-vanilla categorized. As you spray it, you feel a fruity-candy-like sweetness, like sweet almonds, ...

Advantages: Great smell, great staying power Disadvantages: Pricey, hard to find
I first came across Lolita Lempicka when i received a free tester of this fragrance and i was immediatley hooked.
Although a fantastic scent the real let down is that is is so hard to find in the shops. With only really big department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges stocking it. It is however very easy to buy online and you will get it a lot cheaper, i would say around £40 - £50. Buying it from a department store will set you back up to £80. ... ...you will see why.
The bottle is shaped like an apple with gold detailing and you push down the stalk of the apple and the scent is released. A little awkward to get used to as the stalk is small and thin .A great and unique idea which i havent come across before.
With top notes of Bergamot and orange. Heart notes of musk and cinnamon and base notes of vanilla and sandalwood. This is a truly sensual and romantic scent.
It has outstanding staying ...

Advantages: stay close to skin, but noticable; delicious Disadvantages: too many similar fragrances
It's tea-time, ladies. Lolita serves some cherry jam, chocolate, licorice candies and vanilla - those are the delicious notes my nose picks up from this fragrance. When I sprayed it for the first time I thought it was just another "Angel" variant. But Lolita is different. While it shares the syrupy sweet accord of fruits and chocolate with Angel, Lolita stays much closer to the skin, is less louder and has more freshness. The most thing I like here ... ...rum - yummy. Lolita comes in a apple-shaped bottle that might look a little bit kitsch or I prefer to say nonchalant. It's a perfect perfume for the moments when you desire for something extra - something like cake or a bonbon - we all have those down-moments. Next time try to spray this fragrance on your skin. It smells nice on a Barby-girl or any young woman who wants to send a message like "Don't you find me so delicious that you'd like to eat ...
