I emailed lookfantastic.com who told me they do not replace them and I have to send them back to Jamella (GHD), a prepaid envelope was sent to me but that is the best bit about the whole experience. Jamella take 7 days to check the GHDs over, they then advise they are faulty and need to be replaced. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them, so i contact both Jamella and lookfantastic.com. Jamella simply say sorry out of stock so ... ...they say tough.
I contact lookfantastic.com who say they dont care either, whilst they were quick enough to take my money they point blank refuse to refund it when the item is not available.
So the long and short - they took my money sold me a faulty pair of ghds and now have no interest in helping me get either the GHDs or my money back.
Buy them elsewhere do not purchase from a company who has no interest in helping its customers - they do not ...

I recently purchased Tigi Self Absorbant Shampoo and Conditioner - Tween Range. I live in Cyprus, I ordered on the Friday evening and my parcel arrived on Wednesday. How is that for oversees shipping!!!Very impressed with my product and the price. I recommend this website to all!!!!
On a separate occassion, I ordered an Aerosole can with other various items but it was shipped via surface mail due ot the Aerosole can. Unfortunately, my order did ... ...can and sent me the remainder of the items via airmail at no extra charge. Which other comapny re-imburses you like this?

I ordered a Ghd hair styler and some Paul Mitchell hair products from this site a long time ago, and they withdrew the money from my acount right away, but a month later I still haven't recieved any of the products I ordered and paid for despite the fact that I have contacted them several times with complaints and unanswered questions. I live in Scandinavia, which I at first thought might explain the delay, but the people behind Lookfantastic write ...

This is one of my favourite websites where I can usually be found whenever I have wads of cash to spare. The site loads quickly and I've never had any technical problems whilst trying to load pages or view items.
The design of the site is quite plain, mainly just a white background with grey writing, but there are a fair amount of pictures to brighten it up a little. I don't think it's as well laid out as it could be - the homepage is a little busy ... ...want using the menu bar across the top or the search boxes at the top left. You have option to search by keyword or by brand, so it's always easy to find things.
You will need to register in order to place an order, but it's a quick and easy process. Once you're registered you can login with your email address and password to your account where you can view your order history and change your details.

I purchased Keratase shampoo and conditioner from this site as xmas present. I was impressed as notification of order was prompt and the goods arrived two days later. However the seals on the shampoo and conditioner had been removed from this product and I suspected the shampoo had been used. I sent three emails to customer support but as yet they have not replied. I am unsure if I have purchased GENUINE Keratase products but have given up trying ... ...again. On there returns they specifically say goods cannot be returned without seals thats a joke when they send products out without seals. I have previously used this site and not experienced any difficulties but I am reluctanct to use a company who fail to repsond to customers concerns ...
