I ordered a shampoo & conditioner, had a confirmation email of my order. 6 days later nothing, so I emailed them asking where my order is. I then get an automated email a couple of hours later cancelling my order as the shampoo I ordered as it's not in stock! I send another email to customer service stating my upset at this, as they really could have told me sooner about the item not being in stock. I got a one liner back, saying 'sorry you feel this way' and to email them if I need any 'more' help! They obviously do not care about giving a good service or if they lose a customer. If all had have gone well, they would have had me as a continous customer as the prices were quite good. But I wouldnt risk it again. The prices are actually too good to be true, as they cant follow through with the order! Very disappointing.
