Buying band t-shirts without the hassle 19/12/2005

Advantages Very affordable, free shipping, quick delivery, good range
Disadvantages doesn't sell non-band t-shirts

I love wearing band t-shirts and have always found that online stores selling them have tended to be expensive and very slow in delivering the stuff i've ordered. I've never understand why a website charges over £14 for the same shirt I can buy on the high street for £12. Because of this I was very pleased to discover a new online store called Loudclothing.com which specializes in official music t-shirts at affordable prices; all their normal t-shirts cost only £11.95 including free UK shipping. I decided to buy a Metallica t-shirt from them as it was much cheaper than at other sites i'd tried ... more

Advantages Wide range of items, cheap prices, free delivery (for UK)

I found this website from a Guitar magazine, and I was glad I did. Because I found some cool band stuff at cheaper prices than anywhere else. Its an easy to navigate page with a drop down options and a search option also. I bought an AC/DC t-shirt and necklace. I bought them from here because they were the only place I found the t-shirt in stock and also it was cheaper than the actual AC/DC website!! I like this website because when you select size, apart from just having small, medium, large etc. It also has in inches what size each is. Disadvantages Order status page only displayes payment revieved, dont sell non band stuff

I ordered a pair of Linkin Park fingerless gloves on Friday 14 March 2008. Not wanting to pay the extra £5 for next day delivery, I opted for the free delivery (which is supposed to take 3-7 days to arrive). I woke up on Saturday, and they came! I was really chuffed they came so quickly, and the ease of which you can buy things is brilliant. No registration is required; and you can buy things straight from their thawte certified order section of their site. The first purchase I made on the website was a band t shirt which arrived find and quick in good time. I ordered some parkway drive shoes and wondered why they where taking so long, I e-mailed customer services asking why it took so long to put trainers in a box and ship them off. I was corrected by customer service with this message "If you had read the product description, you will see it is not just simply putting shoes in a box and sendint them out. They are made to order so therefore can take up to 28 days for delivery." Now they was correct in saying the product description states it ... more
