Looks and performs better than you'd expect Advantages: Styling, Sound quality, power and affordability Disadvantages: Would be nice if it had a remote... ...ports on the back, however Mordaunt just advise you to use the Left 'Line In' port instead, which worked fine.. Also if you not an Audio expert you will probably struggle like me to work out where to set the different levels on the back.. I am fairly technically minded and do know a fair bit but i still struggled with some of the settings (i.e crossover, frequency responce, adjustable knotch filter, channel frequency settings, there is also a knob ... ...i still can't work this one out lol) Never-the-less after maybe 30 - 40 min of playing around with the settings the system now sound tremendous... the sheer amount of air moved by the aluminium driver and digital amplification is amazing and i guarantee you will not be disappointed... Overall i really can't knock a single thing about this Sub and have already recommended it to several people... MS Genie surround speaker system Advantages: Size, wall mounting, sound, finish Disadvantages: price I have been using these for a couple of months now to replace an ageing floor standing system. The sound from these units is superb, and recommended for anyone wanting to save space. Best of all is the fact that the satellites can be attached to the wall, making them very unobtrusive. Price is the only downside, but they are getting cheaper. Finish is excellent. They are partnered with a Yamaha surorund amp. Can't go anywhere without it. Advantages: Clear and easy to use Disadvantages: non We were going to France two years ago and so we decide to purchase a SAT NAV to help us find our way around France. We did our research and commited ourselves to the Navman iCN 530. One of the main reason for buying the Navman iCN 530 was that it comes with an European map which suit our purpose then. Small Speakers, Small Sound Advantages: Small, lightweight, can be used with any mp3 player Disadvantages: Sound quality isn't great - speakers not very powerful ...Morrisons. They were selling these JVC SP-A220 speaker sets for £9.99. My daughter was with me and liked the fact you could indulge in a little colour change with the sets, so I duly bought her one. The Speakers The speakers are not for those who want high quality sound - I have to state that from the off. They are, however, good for children or if you want to listen to music on the go as they are fully battery powered, taking 2 AAA batteries. ... ...the player to the speaker via the headphone jack, making them pretty universal. The mp3 player does not, however have a place to sit flush on the speakers. They are small and lightweight - measuring just over 6 inches in length. Excellent Sound Quality Advantages: Excellent Sound Quality Disadvantages: Weak Design I've had these speakers for over a month now and am very happy with them. The sound quality is superb and has just the right mix of Treble and Bass which I find is a major drawback in most cheaper Ipod speakers. I host a large amount of party's in my house and finding speakers which are able to go to a high volume without depleting in sound quality has been a difficult task for me. I shopped around on Google for a while and found a good deal on these ... ...bit too much for these speakers but the internet does host some great deals. The only criticism I do have with the speakers id the design is a bit flimsy. After just a month the docking station has already come slightly loose and I've only moved it around once or twice.
