Lucozade Sport Raspberry

The Lucozade Sport Raspberry variety comes in a 500ml bottle with a sports cap on the top. The bottles design is excellent. It is easy to grip if you are taking it whilst exercising and the design of the sports cap means it does not leak like other products can do.
Lucozade Sport is designed to be use before, during, and after sport. It is an isotonic sports drink designed to maintain hydration and increase your endurance. It is thus deemed to be better than water when exercising.
My personal experiences of Lucozade Sport Raspberry and that I used to drink the orange variety, and then couldn't get it one day so picked up the raspberry instead. The raspberry looks appealing through it's colour - red/deep pink.
The flavour of it is very nice. I sometimes find that these sports drinks contain horrible after tastes however Lucozade Sport raspberry does not have this. The raspberry taste is subtle and not too strong.
It is also reassuring that it is not only Premiership footballers or Olympic athletes who benefit from Lucozade Sport. I find that even working out at the gym for an hour Lucozade Sport raspberry keeps me feeling hydrated and as a result makes me feel as though I can work at high rates for longer.
