After my previous experience with the Lush deodorants (see review on Aromarant),I was a bit sceptical of trying a new deodorant from them.My Mum took me on a Lush spending spree in Cambridge,and stuck a bar of this under my nose.The citrussy smell hit my nostrils straight away,and I was prepared to admit that it smelt gorgeous.I thought I'd give it a try and see how it did...
Another thing which surprised me about this product was how small the bar looked, weighing in at the red corner at 45 grams. The bar looked nice enough; with purple flowers pressed into the side.

The bar is really easy and effective to use,it is like a compressed chalky bar. To use it you basically pat or gently rub the bar under your armpits.The tea-tree oil and the lemongrass work to stop the microbes that start the sweaty smell process. Yes, you may sweat (after all it is not an antiperspirant) but it does not smell. After a particularly heavy day at work I remained smell free (the ultimate test). I can predict this bar lasting for absolutely ages,as only a mere dusting of it is used in each application.

Sodium Bicarbonate (anti-odour),Cream of Tartar, Apricot Kernel Oil (to bind the powder to your armpits!), Tea-Tree oil (anti-bacterial), Magnesium Carbonate (?), Lemon oil (anti-bacterial), Lemongrass oil (anti-bacterial), Juniper Berry oil (fragrance), Fresh Grape Juice (to refresh), Cornflowers (pretty purple flowers on side of bar) and finally perfume.

All in all I was very pleased with this product,I have tested it out well and it hasn't let me down yet.The smell is unbelievably nice,and acts just as well as a room freshener.Lush have redeemed themselves in the deodorant department with this one!Appearences can be deceptive; this small bar will last you ages...
