Advantages Advantages A good moisturiser, nice scent, long lasting effects

Disadvantages Disadvantages Price! Doesn't heal or calm spots

Vanishing CreamVanishing Cream is described by Lush as a low fat moisturiser that disappears into the skin. The product is designed for anyone who want a moisturiser that is quick to use rather than having to wait around for it to completely sink in. The product has a finely balanced formula, which results in a cream that is light in texture, and in Lush's words low in fat. The whole 'low in fat' marketing approach that Lush have taken with this product seems a little bizzare, but I can see where they're coming from - it really is a lightweight and grease free moisturiser. I like the name of ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Nothing for me :) x

Hello, all! My latest purchase form my favourite cosmetics store, Lush has been another great success, and so I thought I’d better get typing away and let you know about my new wonder product! “Vanishing Cream” has proved to be a savoir for me, and I think you all deserve to know about it! Why I Bought It I bought Lush’s “Vanishing Cream” moisturiser for a number of reasons. At the moment, thanks to the recent blast of icy weather, everyone’s skin seems to be dried out, thus resulting in many hydrating moisturisers being brought out and flying off the shelves. However, my skin has decided to ... more

Advantages Advantages Lovely smell, absorbed well, not greasy, and it lasts for ages as only a small amount is needed.

Disadvantages Disadvantages In the higher price range, but it does last a long time.

I never fancied trying any of Lush's moisturisers, I was quite happy with the bath bombs and bubble bars and the occasional face mask. However I tried the Ultra Bland cleanser and I was very impressed with it. I heard some great things about this Vanishing Cream moisturiser and when I looked into it some more I was pleased to see it's aimed at skin which suffers from acne, spots and an oily t-zone, which is the type of skin I have. I mainly suffer from an oily t-zone and I tend to break out around my chin. I was currently using Clinique's Anti-Blemish moisturiser, but I thought I would give ... more

Advantages Advantages Cleared up my skin a treat!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Might be a bit pricey for some

I picked up this moisturiser after deciding to try out the Lush skincare range. After reading reviews on dooyoo I decided on my new skincare routine, which included fresh farmacy as a face soap/cleanser, the tea tree toner tabs and then finally the vanishing cream. I suffer from problem skin, I am incredibly prone to spots, therefore I picked products that specifically combat this problem. The vanishing cream comes in the traditional Lush black pot with screwtop lid, this one holds 45 grams of product. This means that once the pot is empty, you can hold on to it and once you have five black ... more

Advantages Advantages Moisturising and gentle on skin.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not absorbed as well as could be.

Advantages: Moisturising and gentle on skin Disadvantages: Not absorbed as well as could be. I originally purchased this whilst on the hunt for a new moisturiser as I find it difficult to find moisturisers that sink into my skin easily and I have generally been happy with most of the Lush products I have used in the past. ***My Skin Profile*** I'm in my early twenties and my skin tends to be Normal/Combination and I suffer from quite frequent breakouts mostly around my chin and nose. I tend to have shiny/oily skin in my T-Zone too and I find that my skin has the tendancy to look a little dull ... more
