I am a mother of three children, two of which are school age. I also work part time in a school and I am often confronted with the problem of head lice at work and at home (much to my horror!). I have always recommended Lyclear to the children who approach me in the school yard, scratching, but I am now thinking of recommending a different product. I have always used Lyclear on my children and my family, but have noticed it is becoming less effective as it seems more and more people are suffering (yes, suffering) from headlice. I am now finding that I have to reapply it nearly once a fortnight as I am sure the headlice are becoming resistant to the chemical used. I do really like this product though, and it has always worked for me in the past.It smells ok, and as my daughter said, "No one knows I've used it mum, theres no tell-tale chemical smell" , and it's a lot easier just leaving it on for 10 minutes instead of the overnight some products require.
