After my little girl has a bath and her hair washed,I always do what my mother did to me as a child and put all her hair in little tiny plats, I have to use a fine comb to do it because her hair is so long and fine, as I was doing it I saw somthing right at the nape of her neck, I got it out and know straight away what it was. So the next day I phoned up the school to let them know that she has head lice and that I was going to keep her of school for the day untill I have treated her hair. I told my 4 year old all about it and what she has got in her hair and the only thing which she said to me was can we get something to get them out. So we went to Boot's and saw Lyclear creme rinse, after looking at a few more products, this looked and sounded like the best....... I wasn't wrong

~~~~~WHAT ARE HEAD LICE~~~~~
Head lice like to set up home in a warm head of hair, they have no prefernce of the type of hair, it can be blonde, brinette, straight, curly or clean or dirty they are not fussy. Head lace are very small insects their size and colouring can vary depending on the stage of their development, at the first stage of their development they are a greyish white colour, but the adults are brown and are usually between 2-3mm long. Head lice can not jump, hop or fly from one person to another, the only way which head lice can pass from one person to another is by head to head contact.
~~~~~WHAT IS LYCLEAR CREME RINSE~~~~~
Lyclear creme rinse is a light orange cloured cream in a white little bottle. Lyclear creme is available in packs of one or two 59ml bottles, included in the box is a fine tooth comb which can be used to remove lice and eggs after you have used the treatment. It is used to treat head louse infections
~~~~~HOW TO USE IT~~~~~~
One bottle of Lyclear creme rinse is usually sufficient to treat one person with shoulder lenght hair of average thickness, a little more maybe required if the persons hair is especially thick or long. ~Shampoo the hair with a mild shampoo, rinse thoroughly and towel dry. ~After shaking the bottle, apply Lyclear creme rinse to saturate the roots, and scalp, remember to pay particular attention to the areas behined the ears and the nape of the neck. ~Leave the Lyclear creme rinse on your hair for 10 minutes. ~Rinse thoroughly with water, while the hair is still wet,use the comb to remove the lice and the eggs, normal hairdrying routines can then be followed.
Lice may contine to move or twitch up to 24 hours after treatment, this is normal and not a sign of treatment failure
~~~~~TAKING CARE~~~~~~~
If you are treating children they should be supervised during use, don't use Lyclear creme rinse below the age of 6 months, the use of Lyclear creme rinse below the age of 6 months should only be on the advice of a doctor. Lyclear creme rinse should not irriate your eye's, although care should be taken if contact doe's occur, rinse immediately with water. Lyclear creme rinse can be used if your an asthmatic. There are no reasons to change your nomal hair washing routines after the treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using Lyclear creme rinse if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If Lyclear creme is accidentally swallowed, tell your doctor at once or go to your nearest hospital.

I brought my Lyclear creme rinse from Boots and it cost me £7.99 for 2 59ml bottles, one bottle of Lyclear rinse from Boots costs £4.99. You can buy Lyclear creme from any chemists at around the same price.
~~~~OVERALL~~~~~
Overall I think this product is brilliant, and would recommend it to other people. When I first started on my little girl's hair I thought this is going to take all day, as she doesn't like anything different on her hair, she has only one shampoo and that's the only one she will use, so you can see how I thought that it was going to take all day. She was really good and didn't cry once, we called it our magic shampoo. After I used it I only got a few out and thought that they must be more in there, but after 1 hour off combing her hair still nothing, everyday after I have combed her hair though and still nothing. The price is excellent, it wasn't the cheapest in the shop but I think it's worth every penny. Lyclear creme rinse has to be left in the hair for only 10minutes unlike other head lice produces which I found very helpful.
